2. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between TorchMC ("we", "our") and you ("you", "User").
By accessing or using the Webstore, server, or associated services (collectively, "TorchMC Services"), you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). Minors require parental or guardian consent.

4. Products and Licenses

All digital products (ranks, items, premium points) are provided under a limited, personal, and revocable license, not as a transfer of ownership.
The license is valid only on the TorchMC server while it remains available, and as long as you follow server rules and these Terms.
You may not distribute, resell, or use the products on other servers or websites without written consent.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

Payments are processed securely via the available Webstore methods.
Invoices will be sent to the email provided.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud, previous misconduct, or chargebacks.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Digital products are delivered instantly and recorded in server logs.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • You have no right to a refund.
  • You will not attempt refunds via chargeback, dispute, or other methods.

Attempted fraud may result in:

  • Permanent ban from the server.
  • Blacklisting from future purchases.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase or download start, if informed and consenting to the loss of withdrawal rights after download.
Requests should be sent via email to [email protected], and refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Sharing accounts or passwords is prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

9. Server Rules and Conduct

You must comply with all server rules.
Serious violations may result in account suspension or revocation of purchased items.
Rules may change; continued use implies acceptance.

10. Intellectual Property

TorchMC owns the website, server configuration, product names, rank names, and content.
You may not copy, resell, or use these on other servers or websites.

Software used on the website or server (Minecraft, CraftingStore, plugins, themes, etc.) remains the property of its developers. TorchMC uses it under purchased licenses.

11. Limitation of Liability

TorchMC Services are provided "as is".
We do not guarantee continuous access or absence of technical issues.
We are not responsible for loss of virtual items, ranks, currency, or progress due to bugs, lag, crashes, maintenance, or other technical issues.
We are only liable for direct, foreseeable damages caused by breach or negligence.

12. Price/Reward Changes

TorchMC reserves the right to change prices or rewards, even after purchase.

13. Use of Funds

Funds from purchases are used solely for server development and maintenance.

14. Security and Cheating

Hacking, exploiting, or manipulating virtual items/currency can result in permanent bans, loss of products, and denial of future purchases.

15. Chargeback/Dispute Disclaimer

Payment disputes or chargebacks to circumvent our refund policy are considered violations of these Terms.
Evidence of Terms acceptance at checkout and delivery of virtual items will be used to dispute chargebacks.

16. Modifications

TorchMC may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to check periodically for updates.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
All disputes related to the server or Webstore will be resolved in Romanian courts.
Local consumer rights apply for EU customers.
